The Career Path Program

Today’s job market… the good news is that things are picking up and people are finding jobs. The bad news is that for every job in which you might be interested, there are many, many people who are just as equally well qualified also applying. That means you have got to present yourself that little bit better.

The Career Path Program from Career Transitions USA is a “soup to nuts” program whereby you work one-to-one with a career coach to secure that new position. But unlike other similar services, we do not cut you off once the “meter has expired” and we do not ask for large, upfront payments without any guarantee: we work with you for as long as it takes and we are only successful when you are successful.

The key components of the program are:

Coaching to include “product” development, tactical preparations and “hands-on” job search support

One-to-one coaching

Network support group

Open-ended until you get that job

A low, manageable monthly retainer with the balance only due upon securing that new position

No commitment opt-outs

But we believe that you should be able to "kick the tires" before engaging any coach. So we invite you to a complimentary coaching session. This session will give you an overview of the Career Path Program and insight into our proven methodologies. It will also give us an opportunity to assess your marketability: remember we are only rewarded once you secure that new position.
